SPARKS Has Been Named To The Washington Post’s Top Workplaces For 2014

The Washington Post announced today that SPARKS has been named to the Top Workplaces List for 2014. Presented in partnership between the Washington Post and 3rd party research firm Workplace Dynamics, the first annual Top Workplaces list salutes the region’s best places to work. A nominated company’s employees were surveyed across 22 questions, covering how employees view their position and how they view the health of their organization. Additionally, the survey gauged employee perks, such as travel opportunities, work-life balance, employee wellness, and various discounts.

SPARKS was one of the only staffing and recruiting firms named to the list, ranking in the Small Employer category. “We are honored to be recognized as one of the Top Workplaces in Washington DC by the Washington Post” said SPARKS President Evette Baker. “I would personally like to thank all of our staff for their continued hard work and dedication. Additionally, I’d like to congratulate all of this year’s other winners, many of whom are also our clients.
